Custom Caricature Products (Made to Order)

Custom caricature products are made specifically for each customer based on their submission details.
Because these items are created to order, all custom products are Final Sale and non-refundable once the order is placed.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any custom-made item.

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom products (such as apparel, mugs, greeting cards, or other branded products), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

You received an item that is:

  • Damaged upon delivery, or

  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design)

In such cases, photo proof is required to be submitted within 7 days of delivery, the product must be returned to us in its original condition, and once the return has been received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for delivery delays, address errors, stolen packages, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
